Training

In order to ensure that Empyrean Risk Management produces the highest quality work in the Private Investigative field, we require all of our investigators and managers to complete a thorough and comprehensive training program. This training program provides instruction in criminal law, right of privacy, legal aspects of pretext, and area-specific regulations regarding the conduct and actions of private investigators. Trainees participate in "mock depositions" and "mock trials" with actual attorneys in order to prepare for future testimony and admission of evidence at legal proceedings.
